Call for Manuscripts! Content will be accepted through December 20th.
Why publish in RN Idaho?
- RN IDAHO is distributed to every Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in Idaho, state legislators, employer executives, and Idaho schools of nursing
- The total quarterly circulation exceeds 35,000. Previous editions are also available for viewing online at this website under the RN IDAHO archive
- RN IDAHO is a peer reviewed publication and is accepted as meeting the standards to be included in the EBSCO Databases for academic, school, public and medical institution libraries
RN Idaho is currently accepting submissions. We encourage articles that:
- Contribute to the knowledge of care delivery in rural settings
- Discuss current mental health challenges in Idaho
- Include attention to the workforce shortage and innovative care delivery models in both practice and academia
- Attend to the issues of social determinants of health and healthcare policy
- Promote the education and training of nurses to support readiness for practice
- Address multidisciplinary perspectives
- Utilize a variety of approaches (quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods, case-study, event reviews, narrative, poetry) to give attention to what it means to be a nurse today.
