Allergy Immunology Outpatient NP post

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Provider to join our Allergy Practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of all ages and will be responsible for delivering high-quality care in our multiple locations across the Treasure Valley. We specialize in Allergy and Immunology focusing on finding affordable long-term relief for our patients. Come work alongside five caring Providers who are there to help when cases get tough.

Highlights:

• No Call Requirement
• Status: Part-time to Full-time as desired for the right candidate
• Schedule: Set schedule 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with 1 hour lunch break. Rotating Saturday schedule 8:30 am - 12:30 pm, every 3 weeks (shared with other mid-levels)
• Competitive salary $85,000 - $105,000 (negotiable, based on experience) plus a Productivity bonus

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to individuals with allergy and immunology needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members.
• Manage and direct staff through treatment of Anaphylaxis.

Qualifications

• Current Idaho Medical License, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Strong skills in patient monitoring.
• Knowledge of hospice care practices and long-term care environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• BLS Certification for Providers is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mentality are essential for success in this role.
